Front Office Administrative Assistant – Part Time
CrossNet Ministries offers help and hope to the ELANCO community! We are currently seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week) Front Office Administrative Assistant. This position will support the CrossNet front office by assisting with the following: answering incoming phone calls, greet individuals that come into the office, handle bulk mailings, sorting incoming mail,email correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and misc. clerical tasks.
Work Schedule – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 am– 4:00 pm, possibly some Friday mornings. Could possibly be flexible with hours.
Qualifications include – strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational skills, proficient with computers and Microsoft programs, ability to work within a team, appropriately handle confidential information, must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., have a valid PA driver’s license, the ability to multitask, and be committed to the CrossNet Ministries mission and vision.

CrossNet Ministries offers help and hope to the ELANCO community! We are currently seeking a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Food Pantry Assistant. This position will work with all CrossNet Ministries Food Programs including the Food Pantry, Buddy Bags, CrossNet Meal Packs and Free Summer Lunch Program. This position will assist with the following: receiving and organizing food donations and Central PA Food Bank deliveries, fulfilling food orders, taking inventory, meal planning, organizing stock, overseeing volunteers and food pantry scheduling when needed.
Typical work schedule – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00/9:30 am – 2:00/2:30 pm
Qualifications include – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have a valid PA driver’s license, the ability to multitask, and be committed to the CrossNet mission and vision.
CrossNet Ministries offers help and hope to the ELANCO community! We are currently seeking a Success Coach. This position will work with multiple employers (including employers in the retirement care community) affiliated with an Employer Resource Network® (ERN) within Lancaster County, PA. The Success Coach provides complex information and referral services to workers requesting social service assistance through the program.
This position involves traveling to the employer work locations to meet with employees to identify problems, determine the level of assistance needed, and refer employees to the appropriate agency or other follow-up service. Responsibilities require considerable contact with individuals of various socio-economic groups, as well as interaction with agencies, anti-poverty workers, and the general public.
Qualifications include having at least 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, human services or social services or an equivalent combination of education experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills. Bilingual or the ability to use an app for communication is required. Must have a current driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
This is a full-time position.
