Community Events & Outreach Manager
CrossNet Ministries offers help and hope to the ELANCO community! We are currently seeking a full-time Community Events & Outreach Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, executing, and attending CrossNet community events and programs such as Winter Coat Giveaway, Christmas Gift Giveaway, and Backpack Giveaway. In addition, this position will assist with organizational fundraisers and the coordination of development initiatives such as business breakfasts, thank you events, and tables at community events. Also, this position is responsible for investing in community event volunteers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Prior experience with event planning, the ability to multitask, be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong computer skills, the ability to work independently and be part of a team, be able to extend care and compassion to others and work with an under-resourced population. In addition, must be committed to the CrossNet mission and vision, and have a valid PA driver’s license.
