Director of Participant Services

CrossNet Ministries is a faith-based organization, and we exist to offer help and hope to the individuals and families in the ELANCO Community!  We are growing and currently seeking a full-time Director of Participant Services to join our team.   

This position is a part of our Social Services Team and is responsible for providing case management to under resourced individuals, but the majority of the time will focus on strategic development of next steps for future programs, lead the team in management of data (including data input & data extracting) oversight of budget of grants, rental lease development and follow up, program success rates, and management of the team.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong computer skills and experience working with data
• A valid PA driver’s license
• The ability to manage and multitask
• Previous experience working with a diverse and under resourced population
• Ability to extend care/compassion to others and connect them to resources
•  Be committed to CrossNet’s mission and vision
