Allison Cuthie
Executive Director

Allison Cuthie is a compassionate leader and advocate for every life as the uniquely crafted handiwork of God. A former high school English teacher, she brings a deep commitment to caring for people, and a passion for growth—for individuals, families, organizations, and communities. Allison’s career spans education, journalism, and senior living leadership, for Garden Spot Communities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from West Chester University.Known for her relational approach, process optimization, and ability to empower others, she is also a skilled communicator and project manager. Allison lives in Mount Gretna with her husband and four teenagers and enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Kim Glick
Director of Human Resources & Operations

Kim and her husband live in the ELANCO community. They have three sons, who are married, and six grandchildren. Their family enjoys spending time together! She is active in her church and enjoys being on the Women’s Ministry Team leading Bible studies, caring for others, and seeing others grow in their faith. Prior to joining CrossNet, Kim worked in human resources and operations roles. Kim and her husband enjoy spending time outside kayaking, walking, gardening, and exploring new places. In her spare time, she enjoys playing keyboard, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda Squires

Amanda lives in Lancaster with her husband and their two daughters. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Millersville University. Amanda’s passion for social services was sparked through years of volunteer work and deepened when she worked at a youth organization in South Carolina. Amanda is excited to combine her heart for people with her knack for organization in her role at CrossNet. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through walking, hiking or kayaking – but also loves winding down with a good book. She loves the beach and all things summer!

Sophia Duke
Director of Development

Sophia is passionate about caring for others and sharing the love and hope of Jesus. Sophia grew up in Lancaster, but she spent many years in Athens, Georgia where she graduated from the University of Georgia, met her husband, and started working in development. They recently moved back to the area and are looking forward to enjoying all the good food and great ice cream here. Sophia always has music on and enjoys playing tennis, painting, and being with friends and family.

Joan Yunginger
Case Manager Team Lead

Joan and her husband David have called the ELANCO community home for many years. Joan is a graduate of HACC and Drexel University, and she’s spent the last 15 years working locally. Together, she and David have raised four adult children, all now married, and their family has grown to include seven grandsons and five granddaughters. Their golden doodle, Teddy, keeps them company at home. Joan and David are members of Petra Church.

Melody Daub
Food and Nutrition Manager

Melody currently lives in the ELANCO community with her husband, Greg. They are blessed to have four wonderful adult children, 3 daughters and 1 son, along with two son-in-laws and one daughter-in-law! Melody and her husband worship and serve at Cocalico Community Church. In her free time, Melody enjoys walking, reading, spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys creating memories with her grandchildren. A few of her favorite things are coffee, ice cream, and traveling adventures with her husband.

Danielle Kissinger

Danielle was born and raised in Lancaster County and currently lives in Lancaster. Danielle earned her bachelor’s in psychology from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She has worked with the children of Lancaster and other surrounding counties in foster care and adoption. She also has experience helping people apply for and receive benefits through the state. A few things Danielle enjoys are reading, trying new food and/or coffee places, and spending time with friends, family, and her three cats.

Corrine Horning

Corrine is thankful to be a part of the CrossNet team and work in the community she grew up in. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Messiah University where her love for non-profit work began through various internships. Since then, she has held multiple marketing and event roles that have equipped her to serve at CrossNet Ministries. In her free time, you can find her reading, sewing, or spending time outside with her husband & daughter.

June Hollinger
Front Office Administrator
June lives in Leola with her husband Jeff. They are blessed with family that includes two sons, two daughter-in-laws and seven grandchildren! June refers to her grandchildren as her “grand” blessings and loves spending time with each one! Prior to joining CrossNet, June spent 15 years at Lancaster Bible College working in the Student Accounts Department. June finds joy in serving others and loves being a part of the CrossNet Ministries team! In her free time, she enjoys flower gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Rosemarie Anderson

Rosemarie was born and raised in the United Kingdom and currently resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Education from Cairn University and has a passion for serving others. Rosemarie is gifted in motivating and empowering individuals to reach their highest potential and is committed to building meaningful relationships that support personal and professional growth. In her spare time, Rosemarie enjoys using her creative skills, discovering new things, growing personally and professionally, traveling, and exploring different people and their cultures.

Natalie Smith
Mentoring and Education Manager

Natalie Smith has a heart for children and a passion for supporting their growth and development. She grew up in Delaware County and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, from Penn State University. Blending academic training with hands-on experience, Natalie has enjoyed serving in kids ministry at her church and is excited to mentor children once again. She looks forward to being part of the CrossNet team and serving her community. In her free time, Natalie enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, and going on walks.

Maddie Groff
Marketing and Communications Manager
Maddie Groff grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Messiah University with a degree in Studio Art and a certificate in Digital Marketing. As a member of the CrossNet team, she is excited to use creativity, photography, and storytelling to support CrossNet’s mission and connect with the community. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring local coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Alona Stoltzfus
Front Office Assistant
Alona grew up in the Midwest in a big Russian family of eleven, so life has always been full and lively! In 2021, she moved to Pennsylvania to serve in camp ministry and has since had the joy of interning in camp, refugee, and youth ministries. She’s excited to now step into a full-time role at CrossNet Ministries and continue serving the local community.
Alona lives in Lancaster with her husband and best friend, Tim, who keeps life full of laughter and adventure. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Alona enjoying the outdoors and staying active. She loves cooking for her husband, going to the gym, worshiping while playing keys, and catching up with friends over a good cup of coffee or matcha.
