Meredith and her husband Jon are thankful to live and serve in the Elanco community. Their family includes Damien, Liam and Landon. Meredith received her B.A. in Bible and her Masters in Leadership from Lancaster Bible College. She has a passion for seeing communities coming together to make a life-changing impact. Meredith and her family love to cheer for the Pittsburg Steelers and spend time together.
Youth Center Director
Carl was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College (BA, 2010). Before joining the CrossNet staff, Carl was the Youth Pastor at Mount Airy Bible Church where he served for a little over four years. Carl is passionate about the gospel and he is also passionate about students. He loves being able to connect with them and encourage them along their faith journey. Carl loves sports, crab cakes, and spending time with his family. Carl is married to Mary Edwards and he has two children, Macklyn (4) and Lincoln (2).

Shanice is from North East, MD. She is currently a student at Lancaster Bible College looking to finish her social work degree in May 2017. She is passionate about playing basketball, eating cereal, and spending time with family and friends. She believes is has been a true privilege to serve and receive her education at Lancaster Bible College. Shanice is excited to continue to serve at CrossNet Ministries and is enjoying walking alongside of students.

Joan is thankful to have the opportunity to live and serve in the ELANCO community at CrossNet Ministries! God is so good! Joan and her husband are blessed with four adult children, a daughter in law, a son in law, one grandson, two granddaughters (born December 28, 2016) and two dogs, Lucy and Dasher. Joan and her husband Dave are blessed to worship at Petra Church.
Food & Nutrition Manager
Jade@elancocross.org Jade and her husband, Andrew, grew up in the ELANCO school district, where they are raising their children, Aubri, Drew, Braedan and Maeson. As a family they were missionaries in Guatemala for a year delivering food and resources to orphanages. Jade enjoys attending her family’s sporting events and musical events, flower and vegetable gardening, reading, laughing, playing with children and pets, and cooking (but not baking). She values her family, church family, friends, community and learning about different cultures.
Mentoring & Education Director
Charis Pankratz joined the CrossNet team in August 2015. Charis lives in Lititz with her husband, Haley, and their sons, Simon and Nicholas. They relocated to the Lancaster area in 2014 from Salt Lake City, UT, where they lived for eight years. While there, Charis worked with a nonprofit managing a resource center for homeless youth. Charis was born in Lancaster but spent most of her childhood in Cameroon, Africa with her missionary parents. Her undergraduate degree is in Recreation and Park Management from Penn State. She is thankful for her many experiences overseas and out west, which have shaped her worldview and opened her eyes to God’s heart for the world. Charis loves that her job at CrossNet allows her to connect people with opportunities to love and serve others in their community. Charis and her family spend a lot of time outside and she also loves to run, camp, climb, and eat good food!
A native of Eastern Lancaster County, Lisa attended Garden Spot High School. Lisa has served in the Navy, various Christian ministries and has been involved in the local church helping with youth ministry for many years. She and her husband Roger have two sons, two daughter-in-laws and three grandchildren all who live in New Holland. Lisa has a love for cooking and entertaining and is always open to share this with family and friends!
Born and raised in New Holland, Nicki is excited about the opportunity to serve the community through CrossNet Ministries. She and her husband, Chad, have three children, Cody, Taylor and Chloe. Nicki is active in her church, Evangelical United Methodist Church, and firmly believes that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
