CrossNet Ministries is seeking a full-time Executive Director to provide hands-on leadership, vision, and direction for the continued growth and impact of the organization and those we serve. The successful candidate will align with our guiding principles and statement of faith, demonstrate and ensure adherence to our Aligning Values, and advance our mission. The Executive Director will be responsible for driving operating efficiencies and ensuring financial sustainability. The ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our participants, current and future volunteers, donors, key stakeholders and community partners, is essential to the role. The Executive Director will represent the organization well and possess a successful track record of developing staff and ensuring a highly cohesive team. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will foster a healthy, collaborative relationship with the Board, ensuring that governance and leadership are carried out with integrity and shared vision.

Executive Director Position Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience to a department or organization with the ability to develop people and teams
• A practical understanding of day-to-day organizational operations, including financial stewardship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required; effective public speaking abilities, a plus
• Experience in a nonprofit organization and/or working with a Board of Directors, preferred
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred

Front Office Manager

CrossNet Ministries is a faith-based organization, and we exist to offer help and hope in the name of Jesus to the Elanco Community!  We are currently seeking a fulltime Front Office Manager to join our team. 

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in our front office which includes; answering phones, monitoring voicemail system, greeting individuals who walk through our doors in a caring and compassionate manner, office supplies, maintain office equipment, data entry, manage thank you letter process, record donations, create invoices when needed, maintain office space, process bulk mailings, assist with events as needed.

Qualifications include – prior experience working in an office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of office equipment, strong computer skills, prior experience with Microsoft Office, a valid PA driver’s license, the ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, prior experience working with a diverse and under resourced population, be able to extend care and compassion to others, and be committed to CrossNet’s mission and vision.

Director of Marketing and Communication

CrossNet Ministries is a faith-based organization, and we exist to offer help and hope in the. name of Jesus to the ELANCO community!  We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Marketing and Communications. This position is responsible for branding initiatives, and is responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing and communication materials to deliver to the public through website, social media, collateral materials and publications.  We are seeking an individual with the following; excellent computer skills including knowledge of design and communications programs, excellent verbal and written skills, experience with developing and maintaining social media marketing, photography/videography, detail orientation and project management skills.

Qualifications include; 3-5 years of relevant marketing and branding experience, degree in graphic design or digital marketing and/or previous work-related experience, demonstrated ability to write creative and persuasive content, ability to work independently and be a part of a team, be able to extend compassion to others, have a valid PA driver’s license, and be committed to CrossNet’s mission and vision.

Mentoring and Education Manager

CrossNet Ministries is a faith-based organization, and we exist to offer help and hope in the name of Jesus to the Elanco Community!  We are currently seeking a fulltime Mentoring and Education Manager to join our team. 

This position is responsible for overseeing the CrossNet Mentoring Program (elementary age students thru adult), oversee and lead the programming of the Cross Jr. Program (an after-school mentoring program for 4^th and 5^th grade students) and provide poverty education for the Mentoring Program, Cross Jr Program and various community groups. The Mentoring and Education Manager is responsible to ensure volunteer mentors are equipped and empowered to work alongside mentees. 

Qualifications include – prior experience working with youth and volunteers, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to create curriculum and training presentations, strong computer skills, a valid PA driver’s license, the ability to multitask, prior experience working with a diverse and under resourced student population, be able to extend care and compassion to others, and be committed to CrossNet’s mission and vision.
