This program is only for families enrolled in the FREE lunch program, or who qualify by referral, and are living in the ELANCO school district. All children in the household may join the program if they are 18 years or younger and attend an ELANCO school. You must submit this form prior to November 21st. All forms received after the deadline will not be matched and are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

The Christmas Gift Program event will be held Saturday December 13th from 9am-5pm. You will receive a voucher with your pickup timeslot by email or mail no later than December 1st. Gifts cannot be picked up without your voucher. All gifts must be picked up during your scheduled timeslot. Gifts will not be delivered so please make transportation arrangements ahead of time.

While we would like to meet every need, we simply cannot satisfy all requests made. Wishlist’s serve as guides for shoppers, so items listed are considered but never promised. Shoppers use a $100 budget therefore not all items can be purchased. A gift card only option is available for children in 9th-12th grade if you select this option your child will only be receiving gift cards no physical items.

I as of the date this form is submitted authorize CrossNet Ministries, its employees, or its agents, to release my name, or the name of my family members to a church, school, business, or other service organization for the typical purpose of that organization.
