CrossNet Ministries Announces New Executive Director
Dear CrossNet Ministries (CrossNet) Supporter,
On behalf of the CrossNet Board of Directors, it is with great joy that I present Allison Cuthie as the new Executive Director for CrossNet Ministries.
Having grown up in ELANCO, Allison is remarkably familiar with our community. She has volunteered and led various ELANCO community non-profits and ministries. Throughout her lifetime, Allison has embodied leadership, service, and a love of others, which she faithfully expressed through her vision and love for CrossNet and the ELANCO community.
Throughout the interview process, Allison explicitly testified of her walk with and her love for Jesus. She testified to sensing a personal call as she applied and interviewed. Upon the recommendation of the Search Team, the Board unanimously and enthusiastically approved Allison as Executive Director on November 14.
Allison will formally begin her new role effective January 2. In mid-December, Allison will collaborate with our current Executive Director Carl Edwards as we work towards this transition.
The past two-month search provided us with over 179 applicants for Executive Director. I am grateful for the professional services of North Group Consultants coming alongside the Board appointed Search Team. The Search Team labored hard, carefully, and prayerfully on behalf of CrossNet and the ELANCO community it serves. The six-person Search Team was led by Phil Hursh, and included board members Travis Eby, Carol Lehman, Brian Martin, Steve Muller, and Cory Murphy.
We invite your prayers and support for Allison and the CrossNet staff as these transitions unfold in the coming months.
Looking ahead, please reserve March 24, 2026, for the Annual CrossNet Banquet hosted at Shady Maple. That evening, we look forward to formally introducing Allison Cuthie as the new Executive Director.
Because of Jesus,
Pastor Brian E. Martin, Board Chair, CrossNet Ministries
