Dear CrossNet Supporters,

I want to share an important and exciting update about CrossNet Ministries’ expansion and renovation project!

Over the past few years, we’ve been on an incredible journey together. In 2022, thanks to your generosity and a $1.5 million matching grant from the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation, we raised $3 million to purchase and renovate a large warehouse across the street from our office and Food & Nutrition Center. We were blessed to purchase the building debt-free in January 2023 and began developing architectural plans in 2024. After submitting those plans for bidding in March, we received permits and officially began renovations in September 2024.

As we’ve shared in recent updates, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Rising construction costs due to inflation and necessary redesigns, such as adjustments to the brick facade, have increased overall expenses. Despite these challenges, God’s faithfulness and your continued support have brought us to where we are today. Renovations are now actively underway, and we continue to be on track to move in the space September 2025.

As we have shared previously, the total cost to renovate the property is a little over $3.4 million. We are excited to share that we have just $550,000 to go! While we do have a loan option available, we’re prayerfully working to complete this project debt-free, and we have an incredible opportunity to help make that happen.

At our Annual Banquet in March, we shared the wonderful news that Ephrata National Bank (ENB) has stepped forward with a $125,000 matching gift! Their belief in this project and the lives it will touch is deeply encouraging. Every dollar donated up to $125,000 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling your impact!

We believe this space will be a place of hope, help, and transformation for many. It will expand our ability to offer food, social services, youth programs, and critical resources to those in need in our community.

Many of you have already contributed to this project and given so generously! Thank you! However, we are appealing to our community, donors, and supporters as we seek to finish this project with a goal to open the space debt-free!
