Pathways to House – Capital Campaign!!
For the entire month of July we are seeking to raise $45,000 for our Capital Campaign for Pathways to Housing! Our Capital Campaign is currently a 2:1 match! We were generously given a bequest of $400,000 and we are on our way to raise $200,000! The funds raised will be used to build or renovate a space to have apartment units for our program, Pathways to Housing! A potential picture of an apartment facility is below!
Pathways to Housing is a program specifically designed for those who are experiencing or about to experience homelessness in Eastern Lancaster County! Those who enter the program stay 12-18 months and pay 35% of their income. During their time in the program, participants build their emotional, physical, spiritual and financial resources.The goal is for those in the program to be able to pay fair-market rent once they exit the program. They will also have a support system and relationships to walk alongside of them as they continue on their journey. We are excited about what God is already doing through building relationships and building resources with those in the program!

We have 300 bricks available for you to choose from. $1 dollar through $300. Choose a brick, which represents a dollar amount, and donate toward the Capital Campaign for Pathways to Housing!
If every brick is taken, we will raise $45,000…with no one donating more than $300!! All funds raised to go towards our Capital Campaign to help address affordable housing and homelessness in ELANCO!
If you choose to donate- your name will be in the new facility as a thank you and representation of a community coming together to address affordable housing and homelessness!
